Shipping policy

We post orders by Royal Mail every weekday.  If you order before 2:30pm your order will be dispatched that day.  If you order after 2:30pm on a Friday, your order will be dispatched on the following Monday.

FREE SHIPPING on all our ABRSM Bundles and orders over £15.00 using Royal Mail Second Class post.

Your music will be packaged in a card envelope or wrap mailer to prevent damage. You may select Royal Mail First Class postage, but the cost of this (£3.50) will be added to your invoice.

Standard Shipping

Orders of a value below £15 will cost £2.50/ for second class, or £3.50 for First Class.

Orders over £15 will be free for 2nd Class or £3.50 for 1st Class

Royal Mail Second Class Postage

According to the Royal Mail, these should take 3-4 working days from dispatch.  However, occasionally can take longer.  Royal Mail terms and conditions state that second class post can not be deemed 'lost' until 10 working days after the dispatch date.
