This is the first 'must have' book of theory in the series and takes the student through the essential knowledge for competent playing at grade 1 level.

It gives knowledge and worked examples to guide you through the syllabus.  This book can be used in conjunction with the AB Guide to Music Theory Part I, also by Eric Taylor, or your teacher can take you through the syllabus.
